Firmware Version: Unkown

I am unable to login to my TL-SG1024DE via the utility. When entering in the default password, it give me an error "timeout. No response from agent" I also get this error when clicking the little gear in the utility and trying to change the password. I have some network knowledge but it is limited. I want to configure QoS and it was a main selling feature for me. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

If you try it via the web interface, can you log in? The config options would be more in the web page.

The switch would get a dynamic IP from the DHCP server if you have properly connected it in your environment. That DHCP IP can lead you to the web config page.
