Model: EAP211-Bridge KIT
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.6 Build 20240718 Rel.82712

Any ideas why these devices show up as Clients and not Devices in Cloud Controller?  I am fairly certain I connected them correctly. They are both being powered by the default PoE injector, with the main AP connected to LAN 4 of my ER605 V2.2.  Also I had to pick a hardware version of the EAP211 to post this question. I have no idea what version they are, but purchased them recently. There are no other devices on the network and the subnet is 192.168.0.XXX.  Any help is appreciated.

EAP211 Bridge Firmware: 2.2.6 Build 20240718 Rel.82712

Omada Cloud Controller (basic, free one) Firmware version: 5.15.22.40

Hi  @scomp

Are you using the Omada Cloud Essentials controller?

This is as expected since the EAP211-bridge KIT can't be managed by it.

Below is a list for your referece:

Omada Devices Supported by Omada Cloud Essentials

If you want to manage all of them with Omada platform, you may turn to the standard cloud controller, or on-premises controllers.

I thought I checked that first, but I obviously did not. I switched to an OC200 and that fixed it. One other issue is that I have a ES205GP switch connected to the client side of the Bridge and it does not show up in Omada dashboard anywhere. I assume it's not supported as well? It says Omada compatible on the box. The switch is working fine, just can't see it. Thanks.

  @scomp

Glad to hear that you had finally managed the bridge Kits on a controller.

ES205GP can be managed by the OC200. If you cannot discover this device, please refer to the following guide:

What should I do when the Omada Software Controller (V4) fails to discover the devices?

  @Vincent-TP

I will run the utility the next time I am out there. The switch does not have an IP address. It is connected to the LAN port of the client AP PoE injector to a LAN port on the switch. The switch routes just fine, but as I said earlier, it does not show up as a client or a device.
