Hi TP-Link team,

I'm using a VIGI C250 IP camera (firmware: 2.0.3 Build 240919 Rel. 62055n) with my Asustor NAS, running Surveillance Center (tested versions: 2.8 and 3.0 beta).
The camera is connected using the ONVIF protocol, and the video stream works fine.

Problem:
Motion detection is working — I receive alerts in the VIGI mobile app — but the NAS does not receive any ONVIF motion events, so it cannot start recording based on motion. I want to record only on motion detection, not continuously.

ONVIF is enabled, and the NAS has the camera added using ONVIF. 

Can you please clarify:

1. Does the VIGI C250 support sending ONVIF motion events to 3rd party NVRs (e.g. Asustor NAS)?

2. If yes, is there a specific setting I need to enable?

3. If not supported, is this planned for a future firmware update?
