Just bought this new ac600 and dont know anything about networks. For some reason its not detecting my 5gz network. It can detect other 5gz's as I can see other SSIDs on 5g.

 

 

I've tried:
1. Forcing the adapter to 802.11ac
2. Reinstalling drivers
3. Using other usb ports
4. Adding the SSID manually

 

But to no avail.
Is this a compatibility issue with router? Network seems to be working fine cause I'm using it on my laptop and TV and phones.
Please help.

We don't have a product whose model number is AC600.

 

You may send a picture of your product so we would know which product you are using. Better with a picture of its bottom label.

 

Are you trying to configure it as a repeater?
