Internet Slowdown and Site Access Issues When Using Parental Controls on Archer AX55

I recently purchased the Archer AX55 and connected it via LAN cable to my existing modem+router provided by my internet service provider. My primary purpose for setting up the AX55 is to use its Parental Control features to manage and monitor safe internet access for my family and children.
However, I’m facing a serious issue:

As soon as I create a profile with content filters using the TP-Link Tether app, I experience a significant drop in internet speed.

Some video streaming sites like YOUTUBE also stop working entirely (e.g., buffering or failing to load).
When parental controls are disabled, everything works smoothly.
Could this be related to double NAT, DNS settings, or a conflict between the ISP modem/router and the AX55?
Any suggestions or solutions to get the parental controls working without affecting speed or site accessibility would be greatly appreciated.
