Vigi C540-W - SD card unable to initiatize

Recently I bought three units of Vigi C540-W camera with 256GB Sandisk Ultra Micro SD cards.
When I install the SD cards and try to format it, it failed and resulted in the SD cards unable to initialize and detect as a storage for video recording. In fact all three units face the same issue. Updated to the latest firmware Build 241216 and still no avail.
I read up about something to do with fake SD cards unable to be detected by Vigi cameras. Although I'm sure the ones I bought are genuine, I went ahead and purchase another genuine one to test it out, only to find the camera unable to initialize the SD card.
This is very frustrating as I am unable to set my cameras into recording mode. It's either a firmware bug or C540-W is a fail product. Very disappointing.
Vigi R&D, please look into this problem asap. I hope to hear a solution to this problem soon.

It cannot be 3 failing at the same time.
Certain micro-SD card is not supported.
See the guide:

Possible for you to get a different card and try it on? At least we need to tell if this is a card issue not.

For your info, the card that i'm using is Sandisk 256GB Ultra U1 (Red and grey), which is tested according to the guide that you have posted. I know it sounds surreal but that is what i'm experiencing right now. I also couldn't believe it myself. Unless you're telling me the Ultra U1 is not fast enough and I have to get the Sandisk Extreme PRO. Kindly advise.
We might need you to upgrade to a debug firmware if necessary, as we troubleshoot this further down.
For now, it is an easy way out to test with a different card.
Is the card readable on a computer?
You have 3 cameras, which means you have 3 same model SD cards and none of the work?

I'm fine to go ahead with debug firmware.
Yes the card is readable on a computer. In fact, I noticed that even though the camera failed to initialize the SD card after format, but I saw the index files were created in the card when attach to the computer.
Yes I have 3 cameras, 3 same model SD cards but none of it work well. It's very strange.
Having said that, I will try to get another model of SD card (Sandisk Extreme or Extreme Pro) to try it out again.

Noted.
I am also informing the test team to look into the firmware and this model of micro-SD card.

Test team made no other suggestions but asked you to do the test in that guide. I have no other options.
Is that possible to verify that your network on the camera is fine?
Or it is not installed, you can make sure the WIFI connection for the camera is okay that it can update the card status correctly?
Is that possible to add your camera to our account?

So what's the result of trying a different micro SD card?
