Hi @bramezan
Thanks for your feedback.
What is the model number and hardware version of the EAP you are using?
Is the EAP's Internet working normally?
Please also let us know the controller's firmware you are using. Thanks.

Controller version 5.15.20.39
EAP 772 v2 - 1.3.0
Everything was working great but after installing this update i noticed sometimes there is a 2-3 minutes pause where nothing works if connected to that AP.

Will the EAP 772 v1 support AFC in the future?
Or it's EOL already?

Hi @bramezan
Can the AFC be activated normally when the EAP network is functioning correctly? We want to know whether these two issues are related.
Regarding the WiFi pause issue, please give us more details:
1. When the issue happened, did the WiFi symbol disappear from the wireless clients? Or are they still connecting to the WiFi but showing No Internet?
2. How often will the issue happen?
3. How many EAP772 do you have in total? If you have more than one, will this happen on all of them? or just one?
4. When the issue happened, what's the LED status of the EAP772?

Can the AFC be activated normally when the EAP network is functioning correctly? AFC shows inactive at all times no matter if the wifi is working or not.
1. When the issue happened, did the WiFi symbol disappear from the wireless clients? Or are they still connecting to the WiFi but showing No Internet? No the client jumps to another EAP that I have which gives extremly low signal. That EAP is a 783.
2. How often will the issue happen? Every day. I have scheduled an auto reboot in the middle of the day which helps me not notice it as much but AFC still shows as inactive.
3. How many EAP772 do you have in total? If you have more than one, will this happen on all of them? or just one? I have 1 EAP 772 and 1 EAP 783
.
4. When the issue happened, what's the LED status of the EAP772? LED status light just shows blue.

Many problems with v1 are described in this forum, but you do not fix these problems and provide streamlined formulations. Also, this is not a reason to transfer a NEW access point (which was released a year ago) to the outdated category and not add new features. In fact, with your posts in this forum topic, you reported the obsolescence of the v1(EOL).This is also confirmed by the pdf Document. As you can see, many of your customers have bought the first version and are using it with problem.
By treating your customers this way, you make them think about abandoning your company's equipment and switching to competitors all my projects. I am very sorry that I will have to migrate some of my infrastructure to your competitors and it is very good that I did not purchase much of your equipment.
