ER7212PC v.1 port forwarding problem

Hi.
I need to access the workstation over RDP from outside. I have configured port redirection, but it is not working.
I studied all the articles on this topic. Connected by Dynamic IP - but IP not change by provider. The provider does not block ports in any way. Ping passes normally on WAN port. No virtual networks - it is required that from an external address on a specific port go to a specific port of the internal address.
Over LAN, RDP works fine.
What's wrong?

@DVA_War
We don't recommend any sort of port forwarding, especially RDP, to be port forwarded directly outside. We are not held liable for this action as this is a personal action with the product. We recommend you set up a VPN server and connect to the VPN and then use Remote Desktop to connect to your computer.
Port forwarding does not work, usually, because you don't have a public IP address.
Try to use the guide above. We have related guides about this.

Thank you all for your help! The issue has been resolved!
On the advice of technical support, I turned on the DMZ and the internal port was also closed. At the same time, it was connected via LAN without problems. There was a problem in the settings of computer firewall rules.
It's always worse to redo after someone than to create your own...

@Clive_A , thanks for the recommendation.
Create VPN is not technically possible. I just need to enable port forwarding.
The provider allocates a public IP address that does not change - tested repeatedly with the ping command.
The router cannot do port forwarding if the connection type to the provider is "Dynamic IP"?

What does the router display as your IP address?
Please mosaic your sensitive information. Here is a list of information considered sensitive:
1. Public IP address on your WAN if your WAN is.
2. Real MAC address of your device.
3. Your personal information including address, domain name, and credentials.
For troubleshooting purposes, when a WAN IP is needed, please leave some values visible for identification.

That seems to be a public IP, though you mosaic almost everything.
That seems to be a problem with your environment. The port forwarding feature works for my environment.
There are no further suggestions if you have made sure everything is correct and followed the guide to troubleshoot and test.

Very sad to hear that.
Are there any additional rules or policies in this router that might prohibit forwarding?
I have no additional rules configured (everything is empty), but maybe I need to add something?
The router is configured only to receive the Internet from the provider and forwarding - there are no more additional settings in it. Template selected "Office"
Such a simple function does not work...

Commonly, ACL would be the most prominent one.
Others don't have much effect on the port forwarding.
It is possible that your ISP does not allow the 3389 on the WAN. I assume you are using a different one on the WAN? Try to port forward a simple web with a different port on WAN. I always use simple web to test the port forwarding to rule out other possibilities.
Additionally, you can consider reviewing the firewall rule on the computer. That could be a reason as well.

No rules are spelled out exactly in the ACL.
Yes, of course the standard 3389 port has been replaced by another. Moreover, it has been changed in the settings of the server itself. In the firewall, the port is open - checked over the LAN connection.
The provider claims that it does not block any ports at all.
I'm waiting for a router from another manufacturer to arrive - if everything works after installing it, then the problem is exclusively in the device.

Let's see.
Like I wrote, you can try a simple web to test if the port forwarding function is intact on the router. Anyway, for my bench test setup, non-stop for a year, it does not experience a similar issue.

BTW, you might want to use SSH mode to view your settings.
At least mine works totally fine. They display as:
