I don't know what you're doing, but try logging into the controller with a PC.

Which cloud? It's standard, essential, onprem, there are many clouds to choose from. :-) I recommend using a PC, that's not all you can do with an app.

  @MR.S thank you I meant to say omada cloud but the thing is how do I check my traffic or different graphs ?! I don't see any graphs everywhere it says no data and I am on a computer
