Model: Archer AX6000  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.21

Hi all

 

Since the latest firmware upgrade my WiFi devices and land devices can't reach eachother, ping is not working either.

 

IP isolation is unticked, I've tried toggling this on and off no joy.

I've factory reset the device same issue.

 

Even tried changing dchp still same.

 

So any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you disable the antivirus feature, can the issue be resolved? 

It is recommended that you can try the beta firmware:  Devices Fail to Access the Internet After Updating Archer AX6000 V2 Firmware to 1.2.1
