The device doesn't work for me after the adapters from restarting

May I know what is the LED status of the RE200 now?  You can hard reset the RE200 for a try: With the power on, press the reset hole for 1 sec.

Then configure the RE200 as below: How to Set Up TP Link Range Extender RE200 & RE220 via Tether App
