Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 5.9.32

I just realized the firmware is outdated and not doing auto upgrades (like I have other controllers set.) But when I goto system settings, there is no option for upgrade. All that is there is export data. I have a screenshot and will try to upload.

Looks like you are an administrator but not the 'Master Administrator'. You need to be the master administrator to be able to update the controller.

What do you see when you go to the 'Account' section ?

'Account' section with the Master Administrator account

'Account' section with the administrator account

When I log in with the administrator account I have the same options in the settings tab as you.

Here's a guide I found : https://support.omadanetworks.com/ca/document/13146/

If you are indeed the master administrator then it is weird and you'll have to wait for @Vincent-TP .

Omada Controller : v5.15.24.17 Gateways : ER8411 V1.0, ER7206 v1.0 and ER605 V2.0 Switches : SG3428X v1.30 & TL-SG2008P v1.0 APs : EAP773 v1.0, EAP620HD v1.0 and EAP610 v3.0

to upgrade you will most likely have to log in to the controller locally

Ok, it's been years since I had an OC200 but I mean remember there was a tab where you could do a manual upgrade somewhere, have you seen it under global settings?

@mrossiter if you look at the pic, you will see. I am logged in locally with IP, Global, and bottom left settings. When I click it, all i get is the option for export data. There should be stttings in there to do an upgrade manually. No option to backup/restore either. I absolutely do not want to, but I may have to factory reset

strange, are you logged in as an administrator on the controller or are you an administrator with limited access. I think you have to be the owner to upgrade.
