Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

ER706W-4G with Sim connects to Internet and WIFI works firn, But not Internet Connection from LAN PORTS, Green flashing lights are happening though.

Have new non-4g version running with WAN input that works fine on another wireless network here

 

Any help would be appreciated,

About your LAN, it does not get Internet. Will they get an IP address from the LAN DHCP? Do you check that?

Is the default gateway pingable?

What are the details for your LAN connection after you join the router?
