The Tether app shows that my AX12 has no internet connection but my phone is connected just fine. Although other devices seem to have no connection. The internet indicator on the device itself is also orange which indicates no connection. I'm not sure whats happening. It happens on both AP mode and the other one (Router mode?)

 

Is it an issue with my ISP Router?

Thank you for contacting our community.

 

The orange internet light indicates that the router doesn't have an internet connection. Please try rebooting the router.

On your phone, please turn off the mobile data and test the Wi-Fi again.

Does the ISP modem have Wi-Fi? If you set the SSID of the router to be the same as the modem's, you may have tested your modem's Wi-Fi before.

Also, please connect a wired PC to the router's LAN port and test if the internet is working.
