Vigi Cameras static chages ip after every reboot

I have given static IP to cameras , and connected all vigi camera6to Hikvision nvr , but the camera reboots it's automatically changed to 192.168.x.2,192.168.x.3, I have updated the firmware also, even I tried mac DHCP reservation from router , still the same issue, parrallaly I have connected 2 more hikvision ip cameras and they are working absolutely fine ...did anyone faced this kind of problem

There is no such a report in the past.

If you verified that you logged into the correct camera?

Do you have a screenshot of its IP before the change and after?

If you use the camera in DHCP mode, and you reserve an IP from the router, it should get the DHCP IP instead of a static IP.

Assuming that you are mistaken, the camera is a different one.
