Firmware Version:

5Ghz wifi channel is fixed to channel 44 only and it cause unstable internet connect, which drops every few minutes. The mobile application, aginet, is also not connected.

 

Please let me know if you can send me the updated firmware as I can't find it publicly since the router is from starhub

EB810v is a customized device specifically designed for local Service Providers. Its software is tailored to meet the unique requirements of these providers, ensuring alignment with their specific needs. 
If you need to change the channel of the router, please refer to EB810v_User Guide

For more help, we recommend you contact the technical support of your Service Provider, who supplied the device, as they are best suited to provide the necessary assistance for your device.
