EAP772-Outdoor issue with AFC / 6Ghz

Hi,
I recently bought an EAP772-Outdoor (US) v1.0 AP from my local distributor in Singapore. While setting up, I realized there is no way to enable 6Ghz wifi.
By default, AFC is enabled, but I get the following error on the 6ghz radio page (6 GHz Band Unavailable, Due to regulatory requirements, the 6 GHz band is unavailable since your AFC location cannot be obtained).
I tried turning of AFC to see whether 6ghz can be enabled without AFC, but it did not work too
Can someone provide me some guidance on how I can make 6ghz work on this AP?
Thank you!

Update from my side. The TP-Link Support team has been very helpful and has sent across an update that now allows for 6ghz use in Singapore. Thank you to the team for helping!!

I have ordered an EAP772-Outdoor, will get it in 2 hours :-) I live in the EU so I am curious if I can even use the 6Ghz band. I don't think AFC is established in this region yet, but I hope it is 6Ghz at low power at least.

I could only activate 6 GHz by changing the installation type from outdoor to indoor. (EU)

@MR.S - Awesome. Keep me updated! To be honest, i wouldn't mind 6ghz low power. Not being able to use 6ghz at all just sucks...

@CS2 - For the US version, that option does not even exists. I can't select the installation type at all.

I think AFC is only in the US and Canada, if you are in Singapore then AFC probably won't work

Impressive device, Replaced an EAP625-Outdoor, I don't have any WiFi 7 devices but WiFi 6 has significantly longer range, faster, so I ordered 2 more. Haven't tested AFC, put the device in indoor mode, Surprisingly good range on 6Ghz too, somewhat shorter than 5Ghz but not much.

To the moderators here - are there any plans to allow Non AFC 6Ghz indoor on the US Eap772-Outdoor similar to the EU version?
The US version is the version distributed in Singapore and with the current AFC limitation the AP is basically "handicapped" since 6ghz does not work even if AFC is turned off.
