Change email address

I need to change my TP-Link ID email address. The current email address is soon to be expired. Oplease tell me how to do this. Thank you

Please try to reset the extender hard back to default mode:
Use a pin to press and hold the Reset (Hole) for 1 second to reset the extender.
Use a new email address to create a TP-Link ID and log in to the Tether App, then reconfigure the extender.

If it doesn’t work, please take a photo showing the Mac address of the RE550 and proof of purchase. Then email support.forum@tp-link.com, attaching [Forum ID 831260] and details, and we will have a dedicated person to assist in analysis and follow-up.
