What happened? What was the result? I have MagicHome devices that aren't working and this has never been updated.

Welcome to our community.

 

Do you mean the MagicHome devices cannot access the router's network? How about other clients? 

If only the MagicHome devices are not working, it is recommended that you contact MagicHome support for assistance.

If all clients like the phone, the PC loses connection to the router. Please check the LED status of the router. Is the internet green or orange? 

Please refer to the FAQ for troubleshooting: What should I do if I cannot access the internet through a Wi-Fi router?
