Dear Sir/Mam in night mode when my C340i switches to night mode with IR there is too much noise in image . As far as i know 340i comes with 3D DNR but i  am not geeting any option to enable it in camera settings and if it's enable by default i guess its not working because picture quality too much noisy in IR mode .

We have never provided this information on any platform. Where do you get the information that our device supports 3DNR? 

There isn't any way to reduce the noise at night if the mode is IR.
