Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20240324

i have just gotten a ER707-m2, i have set it to bridge mode on a /29 network. I have 5 usable public ip addresses and want the er707 to route traffice to er605's for final destination on private networks. I can access the internet from all 5 segments but cannot access any of the servers hanging off of the er605's. I believe that the er707 is blocking the traffic as i can put a TL-R600VPN in its place, disable the spi firewall and i can then access the servers from outside my network.

I want to use the ER707 as it is more up to date than the r600vpn, but there is no setting to turn the SPI off. I thought that the 707 in bridge mode would work as it shouldn't block anything but it is. I don't know which way to go to allow connection to the servers using the er707. The ER605's handle the ports to the servers.

  @Andrewm270

1. There is no bridge mode on any of the Omada routers. If you mean disable NAT?

2. The firewall is not blocking the NAT. If you mean you have port forwarded on the previous router?

Then you should do the same on the current new device to port forward correspondingly.

3. Any of the firewall settings would not stop the NAT. If there is a problem with the NAT, go and check if you have properly set the NAT-related parameters.

If you need to further discuss this, please provide the details about your network.

A diagram of your network, current and past.

Your past config about the NAT. If there is anything about the port forwarding.

Your verification steps on how it does not work. Detailed steps.

Please mosaic your sensitive information. Here is a list of information considered sensitive:

1. Public IP address on your WAN if your WAN is.

2. Real MAC address of your device.

3. Your personal information including address, domain name, and credentials.

For troubleshooting purposes, when a WAN IP is needed, please leave some values visible for identification.

logged in to the web access of the device, selected Network, lan, Edit operation on the only listed network in network list,

Name, Ipaddress, subnet mask, mode - Normal or Bridged, I selected bridged or normal same result.

The ER707 is connected directly to the NBN. on the wan port.

I have a block of 6 usable public ip addresses. the 707 gets the first one automatically from the ISP, I assign the lan to the first of my public ip addresses. i then have 5 ER605's that get the other usable ip addresses from the 707. the ER605's then have private ip addresses on the lan sides.

I can access the world from everywhere that is connected no issues.

the issue is when i try to connect to my servers from outside of my network i can't.

if i replace the ER707 with a standard wireless modem in router mode disable wireless and disable SPI firewall, i can access my servers from outside as expected. The modem needs nothing else adjusted, all port forwarding happens on the 605's. I cannot get through when the 707 is in place. There is no SPI firewall to run off. How can i get the traffic routed from the world through to my 605's when the ER707 is in place?
