Web filtering is not working in ER605

I bought new ER605 V2, trying to block the websites ad URLs but nothing is working as expleined in the tutorials.
Do I need to have a controller to block this ? or Did i miss something.
I saw a post try in controller mode, how can i try that without a controller device.

1. Upgrade your firmware to the latest. By the time now, 2.3.0 is the latest one.

2. If you block Youtube, a single website isn't enough to block it. You are required to add around 10 domains or so, which all belong to Youtube.
In the guide on the forum, I have a script of the URL you need to add.
If it still does not work, then I require:
Please provide the details about the website you are trying to block.
Domains you have researched and added to the rule.
Your verification on accessing it. IP address on your testing device.

Go to Google, search the Omada ER605, and you will find the omadanetwork.com
You should go to the support page and find the download for your hardware. We usually select the 2.0, and you should find the latest firmware 2.3.0.
If you are connected to the Omada Controller, you can do an online firmware check.
