I am unable to install or even open the setup for Omada_SDN_Controller_v5.15.24.18_Windows. I need support from IT team. Please don't come to me with this is the first time your team has encountered this as I have searched for and still searching for a fix and there are reports of the same issue I have been facing. I bought a product from you guys but I am unable to maximize the product for my convenience. Will your team be able to assist me on my issue and resolve this. Not sure if another release or patch is in order. I have also done all the java reconfiguration steps even finding JAVA a home but still nothing pops up whenever I click the .exe file of the installer to initiate the setup. Before you even suggest, I also disabled the smart app control with windows 11 and still unable to open the setup. Firewall disabled still nothing. Installed JDK from adoptium website still not working. Please if anyone how found a fix please send a walkthrough. Thanks team. Really appreciate the support.

  @Phil_Fabian

It is no longer necessary to install Java, Java is built into the Windows installation package. There was a change to this in 5.15 I think. I don't remember the exact version. If you are going to install on Linux, Java must be installed.
