Purchased a used switch and when plugging in power I see the power light, but none of the status lights flash as the manual says they should and plugging in powered on devices and a router does not result in any activity lights.

If you confirm that when a powered on device is plugged in with a good-condition Ethernet cable, and it does link up and show connected from the GUI, it could be a broken switch. 

 

Recommend that you return the product to the original seller.

Purchase a new product from our authorized retailer.

We do not provide warranty service to the second-hand buyer. The warranty only applies to the original owner with the proof of purchase.
