Hello how are you doing, It seem someone is stealing these AP for coemption. are you able to track or disable this AP if i provide the serial number.

As an enterprise-grade wireless AP, the EAP is fully managed by the local controller (e.g., Omada Controller) or cloud platform permissions.
The manufacturer cannot directly intervene in user-side device operations.
To ensure user data privacy and security, all TP-Link devices follow a 'user full control' principle. We do not store real-time device status in the cloud, which means we cannot remotely interfere with device operations. This design guarantees that your network configurations remain inaccessible to any third party, including the manufacturer.
Data security is the top priority. I believe most users would not allow their devices to be easily located or blocked by others—not even the manufacturer.
