Firmware Version: 4.12.5

Hi,

 

The block option on my app has dissapeared so I cannot block devices anymore. IT used to work fine and now I cannot see the block button anywhere.

 

Could you help?

Welcome to our community.

 

Have you changed any settings recently? Or updating firmware? Or change the router to Access Point mode recently?

Please try rebooting the entire network system.

If possible, try a hard reset of the router.
