Hi @Jun9889 ,

No testing firmware now, but if you detect a new firmware on the firmware update page, you should get a new one.

 

Also, if only the 2.4GHz connection of the BE800 is unstable,please try:

1. change the wireless channel to another one. You may refer to Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
2. Change channel width to avoid interference. For 2.4 GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 2.4 GHz channel width to 20 MHz.

 

It it doesn't help, you can consider contacting local support for more help.
