Complaint regarding TP-Link Archer TX200U Plus - Fails to Detect iPhone Hotspot
Dear TP-Link Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with a TP-Link Archer TX200U Plus Wi-Fi adapter that I recently purchased on 6/2025
After installing the necessary drivers, I found that the adapter is unable to detect the Wi-Fi hotspot broadcasted from my iPhone 15.
To troubleshoot, I have confirmed that other devices, including my laptop and other phones, can see and connect to my iPhone's hotspot without any problems. I have also tried restarting both my computer and my iPhone, and I have enabled the "Maximize Compatibility" option in my iPhone's Personal Hotspot settings. Unfortunately, the issue persists.
This suggests that the problem is likely related to the compatibility of the Archer TX200U Plus adapter with the iPhone hotspot. This is causing significant inconvenience as I rely on this connection for my work.
Could you please provide technical assistance to resolve this issue? If the product is faulty, I would like to request a replacement or guidance on how to proceed.
