BE3600 Dual band Wi-Fi7 router not connecting to TPG
I have just purchased this device. i am trying to connect to TPG using PPoE. Internet light is staying red after 10 mins. Status in tp-link is saying connecting....
I have used the login name and password that works to login to TPG to access the account etc.
What am i doing wrong pls?

Have you checked if you need to input the VLAN ID? As I know, the VLAN ID of TPG should be 2.
How to configure VLAN ID for your internet connection on wireless router (For new logo)
Alternatively, do you set up the internet connection information on the front modem? Then you need to change the connection type to dynamic IP on the Archer BE220.
