Model: EAP653
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 11.3

Hello,

In a building in which 50 APs are installed, I looked at an AP stats (EAP653 with 11.3 firmware).

I'm seeing that this AP :

has a low  usage (3% in RX, 1% in TX) in 5 GHz band

has a high RX usage (>52%) in 2.4 GHz band

has a low TX usage (5%) in 2.4 GHz band

no connected guest in 2.4 GHz band

two connected guests in 5GHz band

How can I explain this high RX usage (>52%) in 2.4 GHz band ?

Best regards

You are referring to the value on this page, right?

You may have a look to tthe following post to understand the situation:
