camera goes offline after firmware not installed properly due to sudden power cut
Due to sudden power cut, could not update the firmware for VIGI C320I properly. After Power on camera goes offline. Now if i want to hard reset the camera, how do i do that? Because there are no such reset button on the camera. Please help.
Thank you for your post. This model does not have a physical reset button; you can restore it to factory defaults through its web interface.Regarding the camera going offline, please carefully check that all connections are intact and verify whether the camera can still be pinged successfully.
