Are you referring to the "Client Recognition" item?

But right next to it, there's clear information that requires enabling "Cloud Access."

There must be a way to do this without enabling this feature.

Is that correct?

  @Artur.Aragao look under gloabl settings - controller settings and enable client detection that fixed it for wireless clients though

  @Vincent-TP

Dear all,

I'm returning here to apologize profusely.

I spent the day analyzing the load balancing issue and discovered the error. It was a configuration on the second router.

I discovered it by switching the positions of the WAN1 and WAN2 ports, and soon after, I noticed that the status that had previously been on the WAN2 port was now the same on the WAN1 port.

Opening the carrier's router settings, I realized the DNS configuration was incorrect. I reconfigured the router, and everything is working perfectly now.

It was my carelessness. I'm very embarrassed by this and deeply appreciate your attention and understanding thus far.

I ask that you do not pursue this further and focus on the other issues the community is raising.

I apologize again.

WAN1                                                                                                WAN2

Thanks for the detailed info. We had find out the reason for this situation and are working on it. Thank you so much for your feedback.

It only affects wired clients, wireless clients are shown correctly.

Their status automatically returns after hours to online.
Not sure if that is correct, but I think the weird thing is that the controller than says connected for 40 days or something, even if they were shown incorrectlly offline inbetween.

I think when switching from the Synology Docker Container (mbently version) to the windows software controller, I noticed it at first. Now with the OC220 it seems to occur as well.

  @Vincent-TP

Exactly, but in my case, I noticed it happens with desktop clients that are on wireless.

  @Vincent-TP No problem, the thing with that the only time is correct is true

e.g. my NVR, which also appeared now for around 1.5 hours offline, is when it appears online, online for almost 7 days in the controller.

Hi  @Artur.Aragao

Thanks for the feedback. Would you please give us more details about your situation:

what kind of clients are affected? how will they back to connected status?

Did this only occur after this update? Thanks.

Hi  @Julian2111

Thanks for the reply. How will the affected clients return to connected status? Do you need to reboot them, or will they reconnect automatically?

Does this only affected wired clients? Was there any wireless client affected?
