  @Tlezeed

Mine's displaying the correct number of clients.

I think the numbers indicated in these icons in AP density correspond to the number(s) of APs, and not the clients. The number of clients will show when you hover the mouse cursor to it.

I've got some instance when my two APs have only one icon in there but is showing "2", meaning the clients of my 2 APs have the same signal strength, so they somehow overlapped.

  @ceejaybassist

I checked this here too.

The information displayed in client accounts is accurate, even matching the clients available in the AP.

One suggestion I have is to have a counter for the total number of clients in this tab. I think this would help people better understand the actual total number of connected clients. Just a suggestion, really.

In my opinion, everything is working properly.

Yeah, because the "1" in there is the number of AP the in that particular signal range (measured in average), and not the number of clients. Hover the mouse cursor to that "1", and you'll see the number of clients.

Hi  @Vincent-TP ,

Some LAN clients are detected as disconnected, but they are 100 percent online, and I can access them and ping them, even the switch they are connected to also shows that the devices are online.

I connected to omada through a server that is shown as disconnected, and omada displays an icon indicating which client I connected through.

  @denis-odessit I experienced the same, but they only appear in the UI as offline, even when I click on them, the controller says last active a minute ago.

My Router is the ER8411 and the OC220. But after like 30-60 Minutes everything is fine again.

But with the release from the 28. September that seems to be fixed, at least I never logged in and had that clients are offline problem.
