Hi  @Julian2111

Thanks for the feedback. Here are some details we would like to know:

1. Please share a screenshot of your controller's Device page, which will help us identify the specific hardware and firmware versions of the SDN devices you are using.

2. When did this situation first occur? Since the update the pre-release firmware?

3. Do you have any other SDN devices? Are they affected?

4. Did you forget the two switches and re-adopt them?

That issue with the devices connected over RJ45 to the SG3428X-M2 and ES205GP switches, are listed as offline (but they are definitely online, because e.g. my SIP server or my Smart Home server are accessible from the intranet and from external) in the controller (OC220) still exists. Even when setting the clients offline setting up to 10 minutes.

  @Vincent-TP

1.

2. At first I noticed it after the upgrade before, that happened sometimes but not that often.

E.g. here my sip router. It is running all the time and sending data through the internet, but the controller says offline for 28 minutes, same for my smart home server or my 2 servers.

3. Omada is the onliest SDN system I use in my local network

4. Yes I already tried that

@Vincent-TP I think you don't understand it. 'Username' is the emailadres for authentication to the SMTP server. The 'Sender Email' is the email that is used when you send a email (alert for example).

But if you send a 'Test Email', it don't use the 'Sender Email' but 'Username'. It need to use the Sender Email, if filled in.

If a user don't fill it, they dont need it, and then it use the 'Username'. Thats fine then, but when you use 'Sender Email' not.

Hi  @Julian2111

Thanks for the reply. How will the affected clients return to connected status? Do you need to reboot them, or will they reconnect automatically?

Does this only affected wired clients? Was there any wireless client affected?

Hi  @Artur.Aragao

Thanks for the feedback. Would you please give us more details about your situation:

what kind of clients are affected? how will they back to connected status?

Did this only occur after this update? Thanks.
