Is there a way to bind a MAC address to a voucher once initially activated? I find out some of my customers are shearing their voucher code with other devices with different MAC address are able to use it.

Hi  @B_Star

Thanks for posting here.

Nowadays, most wireless client devices use randomized MAC addresses for privacy and security considerations. For your specific scenario, enforcing fixed MAC addresses on customers would be impractical. Additionally, configuring MAC address binding is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive, as it requires ongoing manual maintenance.

In this situation, you can set the number of Limited Online Users to 1. With this configuration, a single voucher code can only provide network access to one client device at a time. Even if the customers share the code with others, they still won't be able to connect to the internet.
