So ... stiil... still working option for next-server? (Option 66)
CONTINUING THREAD https:// community.tp-link.com/en/ business/forum/topic/ 708490 DUE TO LOCK
Once again, I am asking to get NEXT-SERVER to work with Omada.
Omada Version - 5.15.24.21
OC200V1 - 1.36.7 Build 20250707 Rel.72474
ER605 v2.0 - 2.2.4
To refresh your memory:
Still no `next-server` (aka SIADDR) is applied.
It's pointing as itself for next-server `SIADDR: 192.168.1.1` not `192.168.30.108`
Resulting in:
---
....
CIADDR: 0.0.0.0
YIADDR: 192.168.1.136
SIADDR: 192.168.1.1
GIADDR: 0.0.0.0
CHADDR: de:ad:c0:de:ca:fe:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00
SNAME: .
FNAME: .
OPTION: 53 ( 1) DHCP message type 2 (DHCPOFFER)
OPTION: 54 ( 4) Server identifier 192.168.1.1
OPTION: 51 ( 4) IP address leasetime 120 (2m)
OPTION: 58 ( 4) T1 60 (60s)

I understand how you feel. I can only say that the firmware to fix this has already been developed.
However, I'm not certain about the exact release timeline. It shouldn't take too long, but I can't make any guarantees either.
Thanks for your understanding.

@Vincent-TP I appreciate you linking me to try something else.
Didn't work - No such option exists
I upgraded my OC200V1 to beta version 6 and there is no "Next Server" anywhere.
I would love to be wrong, please show me where the option exists. I can't stand yet another major release without fixing a 5+ year old request ...

@Vincent-TP toggled and applied and doesn't present an option and has nothing to do with DHCP Next Server

I need definitive answers please, not guess-and-check.
I've been doing guess-and-check for several years on Omada with the exact same hardware and changing software.
Speak with the software development and either give me a CLI command or expose the option for OC200v1 + ER605V2

I just used the pre-release and it doesn't.
Give me concrete version it will be introduced or custom firmware to prove it will be fixed.
