LLDP Topology not correct after Upgrade to 6.24
LLDP Topology not correct after Upgrade to 6.24
hi,
it is an software controller, installed was the latest 5.15. version. with the 5.15.x lldp was working fine.
There is an ALE Switch OS6360-P24, thats the Root-Switch. LLDP is configured and it was working fine until i upgraded the controller version 6.24

i think there is something wrong with the calculation within the controller. the complete setup was working without any issues in v5.

We are currently analyzing this situation.
Did you manually configure the ALE Switch OS6360-P24 as the root node? Was it set up starting from version 5.15, or was it configured after upgrading to V6?
Is this switch the device shown in the topology I pointed to?

yes thats the ALE Switch you are pointing to. I manually set it as Root-Device in v5.15.
but its not related to this switch. i disabled lldp on the switch, but topology is still broken. only disable eap-lldp was solving this issue.
