Access point or VPN problem
Hi community experts.
I have a BT business hub 2. This serves as wifi access downstairs and to a PC and a TV (via ethernet cable)
The BT hub is brand new and updated.
I have an AX72 Pro upstairs, connected to the Hub via ethernet (LAN - LAN) as an access point. The idea is that it provides an access point for users upstairs (I.E. gaming and an office)
The AX72 is brand new and has had its firmware updated and is in access point mode.
I need to attend meetings in the office via a laptop connected to the access point. The laptop uses a VPN automatically as its an NHS system.
When we connect to the access point and engage in a meeting we are having problems with the connection dropping.
I believe the VPN or access point could be conflicing somewhere.
Can anybody help with settings that might be producing this problem?
I am a novice with very little understanding of settings such as IPv6, ULAs, DNS and firewalls and these types of intricasies.
It seems to me everything is set up fine so I cant understand what the problem is.
Many thanks in advance.
