Thank you all for your feedback. The official firmware to resolve this issue is expected to be released in early May.

Below is the beta firmware that addresses this issue. You may download and upgrade to it if needed.

ER8411_v1 _1.3.6_20251230-rel61614

Note:

1. This beta firmware has a slight impact on the efficiency of new sessions, but it’s almost imperceptible in practice.

2. ETA is provisional, and actual delivery may vary depending on implementation conditions.

Hello

We have been waiting for months. And the "early May" is over. When can we expect the real firmware fix (no beta).
Our second WAN Connections still goes via PPPoE and we are hanging by a thread...

Assume the new FW will be released soon, a recent tread talked about "few days".

Curious to see whether it will solve one (of the) remaining issue on my side: two sites, both managed by a Windows OMADA Controller 6.2.10.9, two ER8411, device 1: HW1.0, 1.3.6 - 20251028 - 12399 and device 2: HW1.0, 1.3.6 - 20251230 - 61614. While the update-fix on site 2 helped to overcome major errors, still not able to see comments under YT-videos, whereas this is no problem at all on site 1, i.e., running the original version of 1.3.6..

Hope this has nothing to do with any hardware faults.
