Firmware Version: 2.3.3 Build 20251029 Rel.18054

I tried add my ER605 to the OMADA cloud, but the end of the process it's to sticked on the DISCONNECT state always. PROVISIONING, CONFIGURING, DISCONNECT. I have tried with the actual configuration and, without configuration too (after reset), but the result was same. The router firmware version is "2.3.3 Build 20251029 Rel.18054", and the controller is the new v6. The currently router status on the controller is PENDING. I'm sure if i click the ADOPT the result would by same like before, I have tried several times. What would be the problem, controller bug?

What type of controller are you using? Is it a cloud-based controller? Please refer to this FAQ for troubleshooting.Please check whether you have enabled WAN Settings Overrides and pre-configured the settings on the CBC at Network Config > Network Settings > Internet > WAN Ports Config and whether the settings correspond to the current network of the gateway. Incorrect configuration can lead to network disruption after the adoption. You will need to reset and re-adopt the gateway.What should I do when Omada Gateway adopt fails
