I'm looking for an outdoor ap compatible with the ge550. I have a deco X50 but this isn't recognized as a satelite device.
On the inside i have the archer be450 but the set doesn't provide good coverage in the yard so anyone knows a solution?
To use Deco ( V1/V1.20 ) as a satellite you should use this guide. Keep in mind that this feature comes with the latest Deco X50 FW.
Other than this approach there's no outdoor device that supports an Easymesh. Another options are to use an outdoor Deco or EAP in AP mode.

Can't update to another firmware version.
WAN Unicast: Enabled, Wi-Fi Network: Enabled
All I see is:
Fast roaming
Beamforwarding
Smart Antenna
NAT Forwarding
Easymesh is supported for now on Deco X50. Your X50-Outdoor (1.0) doesn't support Easymesh yet.
You can use it in AP mode for now and keep an eye on new FW update that eventually supports Easymesh.
