impossible to say since you haven't told how you have configured it, but I can generally say that no-ip works, I have used it since the first version of omada sdn. I always create a group in no-ip setup, it's to avoid exposing the admin user everywhere.

no I don't think so, it looks correct, but check with the DUC client on a PC or something to verify that no-ip is configured correctly

I don't know if you can use the email address on the router, I haven't tested it, I use ddns key, try that to see if it works then.
