Model: ER7412-M2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20251015

Hello, I have removed the ER7412-M2 from my network. Unfortunately, I started experiencing packet loss, mainly affecting meetings and voice interactions.

I was using SFPs for both providers, so the first step was to check my ODI ONU stick and change my WAN to the Ethernet WAN ports. Not solved.

So, I decided to test both providers and realized the problem was present in both.

Finally, I removed the ER7412-M2, and now I'm using my old Linksys as a router; no packet loss anymore.

Is anyone experiencing the same behavior? The problem was not happening in the previous firmware version, so something is pointing to this new version. I don't remember making any configuration changes that could have caused it. Also i'm not using Omada Controller.

I want to downgrade, but there is a disclaimer saying that it's not possible. Any tips?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Thank you for your post. Regarding the packet loss issue you mentioned, how did you test it? Did you perform a ping test using a PC, for example? In addition, you might consider resetting the ER7412-M2 to factory defaults and reconfiguring it to see if the issue persists. This can help determine whether the problem is related to the current configuration.
