ES205G still does not show client IP addresses
I have read several articles about ES205G / GP not showing IP addresses of connected clients when working in controller mode. Sadly, issue still persists, because recently I installed ES205G in my network, adopted it through controller and... bang, I can't see the address of some clients:

SharpTV - connected to SG2218 - fine.
SharpTV2 - connected to ES205G, not fine.
Setup: ER605->SG2218->ES205G, OC200 plugged directly into the router.
So, do we have any updates? Any future plans to get it working properly?

Hi @Happy_x50 , it is limit by chipset resource, it is basically the same with unmanaged switch, you can check this. Agile Switches vs. Access Switches: Which Omada Switch Do You Need? - Business Community

That is so sad! There are plenty of places to pull client ip from in this case - ip-mac binding for example.
Any future plans to deal with it one way or another? Lack of client ip is funny and annoying at the same time.

@Happy_x50 Sorry, it is limit by chipset, you may see the ip of downlink client by check gateway ip client list. Also if you want ip-mac binding, ES205G also don't support it. You may need use other switch like SG2008.

@Penry.huang
Im having this issue also. I "upgraded" from an un managed switch to a ES210X-M2 and the ip addresses that use to be visible no-longer show with the tp-link switch, i have a couple of other different brand unmanaged switches near tv's and computers and they all show ip addresses too...

It's a pitty that this device is advertised as omada compatible, but it doesn't even list a basic thing like the ip address of the connected devices.
Very bad advertising in my case, as I bought this to integrate in my omada network...
I could have kept my old switch, as this one doesn't bring any added value...

Do all ES Series switch models have limitations or issues regarding the display of client IP addresses?
