All switches have been upgraded to v4.20.18 and no issues have been noted.

@Ethan-TP Any chance of an update on SG_2210XMP-M2 pre-release FW update for Controller v.6.2.X.X?

Current version 1.0.20 Build 20260304 Rel.30262 are missing some wired client in the list of connected client. Although it seems to be cosmetic only (topology GUI and dashboard report on OC220 Controller 6.2 version 1.4.6 Build 20260228 Rel.41983) while connections are OK so far. LLDP Neighbour tables are also missing some of the wired clients under network view.

I can confirm the Wired Client list does indeed start losing clients (although they are fully connected and working) over a period of hours, from a list of my 26 standard devices it was reduced to just 9 over night (all the surviving entries on SG2428LP on the march firmware)

Saturday - last edited Yesterday

I started to notice this problem yesterday when some of my clients were missing.  Rebooting the controller seemed to fix the problem but today I again have missing clients on several of my SG2008 switches.  Rebooting one of the switches has corrected the topology map for the clients wired to that switch.  Later today I will look more into this issue and post the results here.

Update 24 hours later:
Initially in the topology map, two of four switches were not displaying the wired clients connected to the respective switches.  One switch was rebooted and after 24 hours is still showing the wired clients correctly.  The other switch, and now along with a third switch, have missing clients.

Both switches with missing clients have just been rebooted and the wired clients are now being displayed correctly.  Monitoring will continue.

Latest Update:

After only an hour, the rebooted switches were not showing the wired clients in the topology map and the clients were not listed in the clients list.  All switches have been successfully downgraded to firmware 4.20.17 Build 20260121 Rel.53429 and everything is back to normal.  Of note, the downgrades were done in succession and at one point, the name of the main network PC in the controller’s client list was “forgotten” and replaced with its MAC address and had to be re-edited.

I too have downgraded a couple critical switches to the January stable (20260121)  and those do not produce the same wired client list issue as all the others on the March 4th build.  What is super weird is that on the latest build, anything at all which causes a brief reconfiguration of the switch will make all the wired clients on it immediately vanish from the list, and it stays that way forever until you reboot the switch or the controller.
