Archer Ax23 short internet dropouts
Hello,
I am using a TP-Link Archer AX23 router, hardware version 1.20.
The router worked perfectly for about one year with OneMesh, Smart Connect and other smart features enabled. However, about two months ago I started experiencing problems in the form of short, intermittent internet dropouts. The connection (both Wi-Fi and Ethernet) disconnects for a few seconds and then automatically reconnects.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- factory reset
- reconfiguring the router with different settings
- replacing Ethernet cables
- downgrading the firmware
Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.
Could you please advise what might be causing this problem and how it can be fixed?
