Regarding your other issue, maybe post some screen shots of what's happening.  Maybe it's just an invalid config and it's not saving.  I had a SG1024DE years ago and was able to set up VLANS, but the UI did have some glitches like the VLAN name got deleted every time I edited it.

@Clarocque, it could be a browser issue. Try incognito mode or a different browser.  If you're running any anti-virus software you may also try temporarily disabling it.

I've tried clearing cache on chrome and also Firefox. Same thing. This is the newest of my TP-Link switches. I started with 7 of the first gen hardware 5 years ago and changed them out for version 4 and 6 units 2 years ago. I found that the older ones wouldn't reliably connect via a tagged vlan, even when they were on that subnet. I had to connect via an untagged management vlan port. Walking to each location and plugging in directly to change the configuration was a bummer.

I've received a note from OMADA and shared the video with them as well. hopefully they'll come back with a quick solution.
