Before the Upgrade
(1) Please be sure you have read the Pre-release Firmware Agreement before upgrading the Beta firmware!

(1) The above firmware is applied to matching hardware.
(2) Your device’s configuration won’t be lost after upgrading.
Additional Information
All feedback is welcome, including letting us know about successful device upgrades.
If somehow you encounter an issue during or after the upgrade, it's suggested to contact us with the following info:
- Omada Controller version if you have any.
- Device Firmware version with Build number (previous and current)
If your model gets bricked during the firmware upgrade, you may follow the guide below to recover the firmware.

I have just updated my 2 devices and they are now reporting health back to the software controller, but it did take a while to start populating.
I also noticed the IP addresses were missing for the clients and the topology was out of order. I rebooted the devices (not the controller) and everything came right.
@Hank21 do you know if the IES2xx switches will be getting a similar update in the future?

@mackworth I do not think so. I installed the latest Controller 6.2.x and ER707-M2 1.4 for 6.2x Firmware and the latest ES Series firmware from the 10th of Feb and still Nothing....

@TheMuk Yes, now that I investigate it I realize that change log references LLDP but that is only used for topology. We still need the ARP change.

@mackworth @Hank21 @Vincent-TP There are for my after 3 years ONLY 1 things open:
1. The ARP update for ES switches.
2. Site to Site VPN (wireguard) QR Code.
When that is done I am very satisfied!!!

Regarding information such as firmware release plans, feature addition schedules, and product lifecycles for various models, unfortunately, the community team does not have access to specific plans in advance. Compared to the official website, we can only learn about whether a firmware version is scheduled for community pre-release about 1-2 weeks earlier. Beyond that, we have no further information. For more detailed updates, we recommend keeping an eye on the official website. I appreciate your understanding.
