hi all,

can someone explain the exact definition of client health definition?

almost all my IoT devices showns Fair health level with low Rate part:

health

all of those IoT devices communicate via MQTT protocol with very low data exchange by design.

so I have some questions:

  • what the Rate parameter exactly means?
  • how is it measured?
  • what should the Rate parameter be for score 10?
  • can be the parameter adjusted somewhere to reflect the real IoT devices data rate?

Hi  @ZoloNN

Thanks for posting here.

Health status calculation is based on a comprehensive consideration of multiple metrics. The client’s health status has an independent indicator, such as client reconnection, interference, and other metrics, which contribute to an overall score. Currently, no further information is available.

We are preparing a dedicated document to introduce this feature. Please stay tuned, and thank you for your interest.
