Boa tarde. Comprei o equipamento referido acima e estou com algumas dificuldades. Várias vezes tentei instalar em uma rede e simplesmente não aparece mais a rede wireless do equipamento. Já reiniciei várias vezes e ele aparece e desaparece sem ter feito qualquer alteração. Vale salientar que testei em mais de um local e mais de um equipamento para tentar solucionar e nada funciona. É possivel ter vindo com algum problema na rede wireless? Ontem consegui configurar a rede e o equipamento via Omada e hoje não funcionou mais. Solicito uma solução para o problema. Obrigado

Are you saying that you have configured an SSID, but your phone cannot scan the configured wireless network?

Please reset the EAP and try again. 

Reset the EAP: with the EAP powered on, use a pin to press and hold the reset hole for about 8 seconds until the LED flashes green-red-yellow to factory default settings.

 

This time, you can create a separate 2.4G network named “test”. To prevent any misconfigurations on the controller, it is recommended to configure it in standalone mode.

 

If the WLAN cannot be scanned regardless, it might be due to a faulty antenna, and it is advised to contact the retailer. Before that, you may reach out to support for real-time assistance.
